    This small marine forging and cooperage tooling activity was taken over by Mr SIMON in 1941 and quickly expanded its operations in the market gardening mechanization field, to satisfy the increasing needs of many market gardeners installed in the Loire valley.

    The Company activity accelerated with the sale of tractors, agricultural machinery and setting an agricultural maintenance structure. In 1983, the Company became SIMON SA with the entry of Mr CADIOU and Mr MAINGUY firstly as shareholders and then as managers.SIMON SA became CM in May 2000, increasing the vitality of the different company activities in the search for new techniques and manufacture of new equipment. In 2003, Mr MAINGUY became the sole shareholder and started looking for new markets by giving priority to exporting all our products.
